How Are We Doing?

This is my go-to car wash. I even stopped here after I had to get a large amount of bird poop off my car. I went early and when the staff saw the sorry aftermath of a few days under a tree, they let me through a second time to get the majority of the bird poop off. They have good service, nice people, and a good location. I will continue to visit

CleanWave in Los Alamitos is an absolute gem! Their service is impeccable, and the cleanliness here is top-notch. I highly recommend this spot for a refreshing experience.

I cannot say enough how great Jesse A. is! I have a membership and frequent the car wash 3-4 times per week. Jesse is friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. Don’t get me wrong, all the employees have been great, but Jesse always goes above and beyond. His customer service is GREATLY appreciate and one of the main reasons I keep coming back!

The process is fast and easy. There was an employee at the entrance to help with payment who was very friendly.. Prices are a bit on the high side but you’re really paying for the convenience of getting your car washed quickly and thoroughly. The free do-it-yourself vacuum across all price packages is also great. If you’re obsessive about keeping your car clean, the unlimited packages seem like a good deal.

I used this car wash the other day, and it was great. Absolutely state-of-the-art. The staff were plentiful and knowledgeable. The little touches were nice, like they taped down my rear wiper. My car came out super clean (and it was SUPER dirty when I got there), and the drying part of the process is so effective that my car was essentially dry when I drove away. Very impressed, and I will be back.

It’s my first time putting my van through this car wash with Basic Wash and it’s by far my best experience ever. All the staff were super friendly which made it more welcoming. From the moment I entered the wash, all the way to when I was vacuuming my van. I am definitely coming back.
